• Projects must adhere to theme
• Teams must consist of between 2 to 4 people
• Participants cannot participate on more than 1 team
• All projects must be built entirely during the hackathon time-frame
• Code or assets created before the event begins are not allowed unlessthey are free, third-party resources that are available to all participants
• Projects must be built solely by group members
• Projects that add to an open source project are allowed but only the additional functionality will be judged
